Ciklum is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team full-time in Ukraine. About the role: As a Business Analyst, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Working within the central Ciklum IT Department, the Business Analyst will lead the identification and analysis of business needs and requirements within a scope of Ciklum's business functions (e.g. “front office”, “back office”, HR Department, Finance department, etc.) and/or programs/projects (e.g. “Recruitment IT Program”, “Enterprise Service Management Program”, etc.), and govern the realization of those needs by solutions delivered by the Ciklum IT Department. Responsibilities: Engage stakeholders and maintain effective collaboration throughout project phasesParticipate in planning and estimating Business Analysis activities across all SDLC stagesIdentify and define business needs, objectives, and requirementsApply appropriate elicitation techniques to gather business and technical requirements effectivelyManage requirements throughout the project life cycle, ensuring quality and traceabilityUse relevant modeling techniques to document requirements based on project needs Contribute to defining project documentation structure and information architecture Support the definition of the solution roadmap and manage scope to avoid scope creep Assist with backlog management, including prioritization and refinement Support change management processes and help maintain process continuity Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure alignment on requirements Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the efficiency of meetings and workflows Contribute to continuous improvement of Business Analysis practices and processesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience in IT or business improvement rolesAt least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst , working on technology-enabled business changesIIBA CCBA certification (or equivalent) is a plusStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsExperience facilitating analysis workshops with cross-functional teamsAbility to effectively communicate stakeholder needs and prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and assess complex systemsAbility to articulate business benefits associated with proposed changesWorking knowledge of:Business process modeling and optimizationRequirements elicitation, analysis, and management techniquesBusiness and data modeling methodsChange management concepts and proceduresExperience supporting Business Analysis activities in:Custom software development projectsSaaS, off-the-shelf, and third-party solutionsBoth Agile and Waterfall project environmentsPersonal skills:Effective and comfortable in fluid situations and able to deal with high degrees of ambiguity (initially)Positive attitude, can-do mindset, high energy and a self-starterA sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking mannerAbility to work in an unstructured and high-pressure environment, and bring order to this within their sphereUnderstands and balances long-term (“big picture”) and short-term perspectivesA high degree of accountability and a track record of delivering on commitmentsWhat`s in it for you?Care: your mental and physical health is our priority.
