Currently in We have an open position for business process description specialist

Purpose of the position: participation in the implementation of the process approach and regulation system in the holding

Main responsibilities:

• Study of customer needs for business improvement/creation - processes, interviewing employees of production and non-production divisions (all levels of management);
• Formation of business process regulations, data collection, coordination of regulations with business process participants;
• Employee consultation on the regulatory system and existing regulations and business processes;
• Provision of proposals for optimizing processes and initiating automation of business processes.

Features and requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in modeling and description of business processes in various directions from 2 years
• Experience in setting up TK for automation of business processes
• Experience in production enterprises
• Mastering MS Visio
• Skills to define the business process "as it is", reengineering business processes "as it will be"
• Understanding the principles of forming RACI matrices
• Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities to improve processes;
• Analytical skills, systematicity, communication, focus on results, self-control, scrupulousness, ability to adapt to changes, ability to persuade
