The UCU digital transformation office is looking for an experienced and responsible technical specialist, ready to grow and develop with us. At the moment, we develop complex software solutions based on CRM and LMS and provide technical support to UCU divisions. Main duties: technical support of CRM SalesForce, LMS Academy Ocean, including configuration, monitoring, content management, development and implementation of new technologies to improve the efficiency and security of the company's information systems. Requirements: higher technical education in the field of IT or equivalent experience, knowledge of the English language not lower than level B1 basic knowledge of LMS platform administration (Moodle, Open Edx others) basic knowledge of project management in Asana, Jira, Microsoft Teams, GitLab other basic knowledge of building a model in Figma business processes of developing software products basic knowledge of maintaining technical documentation, including writing instructions and software development requirements. Basic knowledge and understanding of IT security tools.
