Business analyst (software development) in Ukrposhta

Right now we are looking for Business analytics (Software development)

Main duties:

• Formalization and description of business requirements for software / services / products
• Participation in software implementations / improvements
• Formation of technical tasks regarding improvements for vendors or their development teams
• Functionality testing, user training and coordination of functionality implementation
• Writing technical documentation, if necessary - participation in the preparation of user training

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Higher education (economics, management, IT - an advantage)
• Work experience in business analytics at least 3 years
• Experiencedeveloping, refining or implementingas a business analyst or implementation consultant - mandatory
• Experience in describing business models and business process maps
• Understanding the basics of the software development cycle (SDLC), the basics of project management (Project Management), the principles and approaches of flexible methodology (Agile)
• Experience with Redmine or similar management applications projects and tasks

• Knowledge of BPMN or UML notations

• Basic knowledge of SQL - desirable

• Experience building integrations is an advantage

• Experience writing instructions / manuals for barkmanagers

• High level of communication skills in all forms of communication, including presentation, consultation and negotiation, team player, organization and personal responsibility, courtesy
