- Experience gathering and analyzing requirements for complex projects.
- Able to create functional and technical documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and propose workable solutions.
- Succeeded in implementing changes leading to tangible improvements.
- Experienced working with stakeholders from different departments (IT, operational, financial).
- Successfully acted as a mediator in resolving conflicts between different points of view.
- Understand the concepts system integration, API and database structure.
- Analysis of existing business processes and search for ways to improve them.
- Development of process maps and recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Collaboration with QA teams to create test scenarios.
- Participation in user testing (UAT) and compliance verification solutions to needs business.
- Preparation of project documentation (requirement tracking matrices, project status reports, etc.).
- Regular informing of interested parties about the progress of projects.
- Supporting management in the formation business strategy and assessment of technology capabilities.
- Data analysis to identify trends, patterns and create reports.
- Development of dashboards to support adoption solutions.
- Collaboration with technical teams to integrate new modules or third-party systems.
- Ensuring data and systems compatibility.
