Business Analyst (RozetkaPay) in EVO

RozetkaPay is part of the EVO-Rozetka group of companies. The payment service was created on the basis of the country's most famous marketplaces, which are used by millions of Ukrainians. Our services are already used by Rozetka, Prom, Vchasno, Bigl, Shafa, Volonter by Prom, Vodafone, Robota.ua, Yakaboo and others.

About 230 specialists develop and support RozetkaPay every day - IT teams, technical support, commercial direction, operations department and financial and legal department, which includes more than 50 people.

Now in the Finance & Legal Team RozetkaPay looking for a Business Analystt. This role will involve interaction with technical project teams at the level of PM and IT BA in the area of development of new functionality and changes to the current one, in accordance with changes in legislation or business needs, direct participation in UAT processes.

Key product areas — financial monitoring, transactional business and payment accounts (in terms of compliance with payment legislation), accounting system accounting.

Tasks: 
Work on new functionality and support of existing solutions Finance and Legal Team RozetkaPay in terms of automation and improvement of processes in accordance with legal requirements. This includes:

• collection and clear description of team needs, their transfer to the technical team and implementation control
• preparation of specifications and technical tasks
• organization of the launch of new functionality and subsequent support
• updating and improving automated processes, modeling and support of accompanying documentation
• conducting training for system users and creating internal simple and clear instructions
• formation and support of technical tasks when purchasing software from contractors

Important for this role:

• work experience in the position of a business analyst (1-1.5 years)
• experience in the role of a customer to technical teams (internal or from the side of contractors/vendors)
• availability of practical experience of collection, analysis and formalization requirements of the customer or business users
• experience in implementing and automating new business processes and improving existing ones
• ability to find direct and alternative solutions with appropriate reasoning of the advantages and disadvantages of the chosen approaches/solutions
• high level of self-discipline, initiative and proactivity
