Business Analyst - Risk Management in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Building and supporting processes in the area of ​​risks for products of business clients and retail lending;
• Identification, systematization and analysis of functional and non-functional requirements (FR/NFR), and decision-making on how the system/process/product will work;
• Modeling the behavior of the system using UML/BPMN notations, as well as the need to create "initial" layouts/mockups of the interface system;
• Conducting a presentation of requirements/solutions to the system;
• Decomposition of tasks (technical tasks), transfer to development teams, involvement of necessary units and execution control;
• Testing systems before handing over to the customer; analysis of errors, failures and causes of their occurrence in the operation of systems with further determination of actions to prevent them;
• Performing analysis of problem areas and making proposals for improving business processes, working out hypotheses regarding the impact of indicators on the NPL of the credit portfolio

• Creation and maintenance of necessary documentation, project/process/technology description, history of changes and versions, test reports at confluence, development and updating of decision-making methods
• Preparation of information for audits and regulators

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (systems analysis, economics, management, finance and others)
• 1+ year of experience in building business processes, in particular in the SME/retail segment
• General concepts of software architecture
• Business modeling tools - processes, data, infrastructure, understanding of principles of working with API
• Ability to visualize processes using UML/BPMN
• Experience of implementation and improvement processes
• Ability to create presentations for visualization of ideas and results
• Ability to conduct system analysis of processes and form technical tasks
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (incl. business)

It will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of SQL (basic level)
• knowledge of banking regulations
• Understanding the main network protocols and RESTful API principles
