We, Corefy are a product, PayTech IT company founded in 2016. Our made in Ukraine SaaS platform is a technology hub for orchestrating online payments.

We cooperate with well-known payment providers and partners, including Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, AWS and others. We have customers all over the world and have implemented more than 400 different payment methods.

We are looking for an inquisitive and persistent Business analyst / Requirements Manager to join our friendly team and together with us will improve the quality of the product.

What is important to us:

• From 1 year of commercial experience in business/systems analysis;
• Expertise in gathering and managing the requirements lifecycle;
• Deep understanding of the digital product development management process;
• Experience in writing structured project documentation and TOR;
• Modeling skills using UML/BPMN;
• Excellent backlog management skills (according to INVEST criteria);
• High communication and interviewing skills;
• Visualization and presentation skills to stakeholders;
• Knowledge of current prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, etc);
• Experience in Agile software development process;
• Experience in conducting comparative SWOT analysis and qualitative and quantitative research;
• Experience with Jira/Confluence;
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-intermediate+ level (both spoken and written).

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge and practical experience of API analysis and support of the full integration development cycle
• Experience in PayTech/Banking/Processing;
• Good understanding of client-server architecture;
• Understanding UX patterns and design differences for Web/Mobile platforms;
• Low-detailed user experience prototyping skills.

Your future challenges:

• Identify and analyze stakeholder requirements to create innovative solutions;
• Support the process of developing solutions to ensure the success of projects;
• Collect and analyze documentation for analytical activities;
• Manage the lifecycle of requirements;
• Participate in the formation of conceptual solutions in close cooperation with the Product Manager and Software Architect;
• Analyze the compliance of project solutions with requirements;
• Assess the economic feasibility of changes to maximize efficiency;
• Create requirements specifications;
• Advise development teams within the Agile framework to achieve the best results;
• Prepare demos of materials that impress and inspire teams;
• Form a backlog of solutions by decomposition of requirements;
• Conduct UAT.
