Purpose Of The JobOur client is world leader in the rapidly changing environment of communications technology – by providing hardware, software, and services to enable the full value of connectivity. We are building a process orchestration solution which combines data from many global applications through a variety of integration patterns and frameworks to enable automated Purchase Order handling between our client and its suppliers. The solution enables users to act upon all steps of the Supplier Purchase to Pay process such as: submitting and approving PO Requests or Service Confirmation, handling Change Requests, triggering a Return Delivery or automated closure of balanced POs.Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.Create and maintain project documentation, use cases, Epics, and User Stories.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit requirements and gather feedback.Support quality assurance and testing teams by reviewing test cases and ensuring alignment with business requirements.Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.Education, Skills And Experience MUST HAVE:Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SWOT, BPMN, flowcharts).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence for managing requirements and project workflows.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Would Be a PlusExperience working with stakeholders from different countriesKnowledge of SQL or basic data analysis is a plus.
