We are looking for a Middle/Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager (Odoo) with strong experience in discovery and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions (version 18+).
At this stage, the role is planned as a part-time engagement, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time in the future.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (incl. v18+).
- Strong understanding of core Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).
- Proven experience in business discovery, documentation, and functional analysis.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- English level: B2+ (spoken and written).
- Odoo certification is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions to analyze business needs and translate them into Odoo solutions.
- Prepare detailed discovery and functional documentation, including process flows, specifications, and gap analyses.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and communication throughout all stages.
- Support UAT, end-user training, and post-go-live activities.
