Business analyst, 1C project manager in Agrotrade

AGROTRADE Group, one of the TOP agricultural holdings in terms of size (land bank of 65,000 hectares), invites a 1C business analyst/project manager to its team.

Place of residence:m. Kharkiv, Poltava or Kyiv.

Work format:hybrid (in the office as needed).

Schedule work:Monday-Friday.

Duties:

• Study and analysis of business processes, identification and formation of requirements for software; software development;
• Planning and coordination of software implementation projects;
• Control over the implementation of project tasks and compliance with deadlines;
• Testing and transfer of the developed functionality to users;
• Compilation of instructions, training of users and provision of support;
• Identification and elimination of problems that arise during operation.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• It is desirable to have your own computer equipment for remote work (if not available, we provide a laptop);
• Work experience of 2 years as a business analyst, manager of 1C projects;
• It is desirable to have work experience in the field of agriculture;
• Knowledge of 1C configurations (UPP, ZUP);
• Experience in implementing and supporting systems for automating business processes (from technical specifications to commissioning);
• Knowledge of accounting, operational and management accounting;
• Skills in drawing up technical and methodical documentation;
• Ability to plan and control project execution;
• Ability to negotiate and interact with customers;
• PC skills at the level of a confident user;
• Organization, responsibility, focus on results, ability to make decisions and solve problems.
