About the role

JSC "Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine" is looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner who will be responsible for forming requirements for digital products, developing internal and external services of the Company and coordinating business needs with IT solutions.

This is a role for a person who knows how to work with processes, data and users, sees the product holistically and is able to transform ideas and needs into clear requirements and working digital solutions.

Areas of responsibility

• Collection, analysis and formalization of business requirements from structural units.
• Description and modeling of business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE).
• Formation and management of the backlog of digital products and services.
• Prioritization of requirements and tasks taking into account the goals of the Company.
• Preparation of technical and functional requirements for development teams.
• Participation in planning the development of digital products (roadmap).
• Interaction with the IT team, users, process owners.
• Acceptance of work results and participation in testing solutions.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of implemented solutions, preparation of proposals for improvements.
• Participation in digital transformation projects Companies.

Who we are looking for

• Experience as a business analyst, system analyst or Product Owner (from 1 year).
• Experience in describing business processes and requirements (BPMN, UML or similar approaches).
• Understanding the life cycle of digital products and IT projects.
• Ability to work with requirements, prioritization and expectations of stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking, structure, attention to details.
• Skills of communication and presentation of solutions.

Will be an advantage

• Experience of working with government organizations.
• Experience of participation in digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
• Understanding integrations, APIs, working with registers and information systems.
• Understanding database structures, minimal knowledge of the basics of working with them.
