Business analyst (Planned shipment model) in Nova Digital

We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Middle Business Analyst

What will you do
 

• detection and analysis business - requirements;
• formalization of technical requirements, setting technical tasks for developers (front, back);
• task support from receiving requirements from the customer to final acceptance testing business by the customer;
• constant communication and interaction with business customers and the development team;
• post-release support;
• identification of problem cases and the possibility of their reproduction;
• >
• work closely with stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate them into clear requirements;
• early identification, communication and mitigation of risks and issues throughout the lifecycle cycle of projects/tasks.

About you
 

• education: Higher education (technical will be an advantage);
• work experience in a business or system position analytics from 2 years;
• knowledge and experience in software development methodologies;
• knowledge and use of best practices of business analysis, requirements management and system analysis;
• li>skill professionally describe the technical and business requirements of the product;
• excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to find a common language with technical specialists;
• understanding of modern web technologies/client-server architecture;
• knowledge and experience in software development methodologies;
• knowledge of the complete software development cycle (SDLC);
• experience working with task managers (Jira);
• API testing experience (Postman /Swagger);
• SQL;
• understanding of JSON?RPC/REST API;
• level of English language proficiency B1.
