Required skills and experience: 5+ years of work experience in the position of a business analyst: in the field of financial projects. Experience in the implementation of ERP systems. Knowledge of analytical techniques: Mastery of requirements collection and analysis techniques, process modeling. Documentation development: Fluency in tools such as Jira and Confluence. Your Responsibilities Collection and analysis of requirements: Conducting meetings with key users and stakeholders to determine their needs; Identification and documentation of business processes, current (AS-IS) and target (TO-BE); Formation of requirements for functionality of the ERP system (business and technical requirements). Description and optimization of business processes: Analysis of the current state of business processes; Development and documentation of target business processes; Participation in process optimization for their integration with the ERP system; Preparation of project documentation: Creation of technical tasks and specifications for developers; Development of user instructions and other accompanying documentation; Ensuring the relevance of project documentation. Participation in development and testing: Support of the development team during the implementation of requirements; Participation in functional and integration testing; Organization and conduct of acceptance testing together with key users; Change management: Processing of change requests (Change Requests); Evaluation of the impact of changes on business processes and the project; Coordination of changes with interested parties. Training and support of users: Preparation of training materials and instructions for end users; Organization and conduct of trainings for users; Consulting and support in the implementation process. Coordination of interaction: Communication between the business and the IT team; Cooperation with developers, testers, architects of the ERP system; Participation in meetings and reporting to the project management. Control of compliance of solutions with business requirements: Verification of the compliance of implemented functionality with business requirements; Development of implementation performance evaluation metrics (KPI); Collection of feedback after implementation. Support at the stages of launch and operation: Participation in the preparation for the launch of the system (Go-Live); Assistance in resolving incidents during the initial period of system operation; Participation in the collection of requirements for further refinements of the system.
