The Eastern Europe Foundation within the framework of the project "Support for digital transformation" (DTA) announces a tender for the search for a contractor for the provision of business analyst / business analyst services for the project "Electronic border crossing queue".
In December 2022, the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine together with the State Service for Transport Safety launched an electronic queue border crossing for trucks - there's a Queue (Android . Ly/3pbbdhd , iOS https://Apple.co /41EZHxg) - at the international checkpoint "Yagodin - Dorogusk". Currently, the operation of the system extends to 28 international checkpoints with EU countries and Moldova for cargo and bus vehicles. With the help of the created service, drivers reserve a place in the queue for crossing the border and check their progress online. The system automatically sends a message to the driver indicating the approximate time of crossing the border. This makes it possible to organize the queue, drivers do not have to wait on the roadside for several days, but arrive at the checkpoint at the specified time, reduce the cost of transporting goods. eQueue increases the transparency of border crossings and reduces corruption risks, because it minimizes the influence of the human factor on the formation of a queue and eliminates various abuses that may occur due to congestion at checkpoints.
