Business analyst of the Department of Development of Innovative Customer Support in PrivatBank

Main responsibilities:

• Determining the requirements and analyzing the customer's business needs for the future product or process
• Modeling system behavior and designing solutions using BPMN /UML, as well as creating initial models (mockups/wireframes) interface systems
• Analysis of problem areas and proposals for their improvement
• Writing technical documentation for project management, service and product delivery to the customer (instructions, technical tasks, specifications)
• li>Maintain the current state of the project/process/technology description, including change and version history, as well as test reports on Confluence
• Decompose tasks, transfer them to development teams, involve the necessary departments and control execution
• Market analysis and interaction with external companies for the selection of technologies within the scope of tasks
• Preparation or validation of system functional testing schemes and conducting initial testing
• Analysis of errors, failures and their causes , with further definition of actions to prevent them

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (partial higher education in IT specialty)
• Experience in writing technical tasks or developing business process diagrams using UML/BPMN, as well as in-depth problem analysis< /li>
• Experience in analyzing problems and generating ideas to minimize or eliminate them.
• Experience in successfully interacting with business customers, other departments and clients
• Knowledge and skills in working with notations UML and BPMN
• General knowledge and skills of agile project management methodologies
• Understanding of the software development cycle
• Ability to clearly formulate theses and visualize information
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Understanding API construction principles
• English (Pre-Intermediate - A2/B1)
