We invite you to become a part of the team in the position of Leading analyst of computer systems of the department of automation of enterprise resource management systems

Functional duties:

• collection and analysis of customer requirements, identification of main problems and definition of business needs
• identification of business needs in business automation processes, primary decomposition and classification of requirements in the form of technical requirements
• clarification and coordination of requirements according to business tasks, formalization of requirements and processes in accordance with the standards adopted by the company
• modeling of requirements in the system and drafting Technical specifications for the development or refinement of functionality
• testing and delivery of the developed functionality according to previously formulated and agreed criteria
• writing instructions and regulations for automated processes;
• conducting training and presentations functionality for users;
• consulting users
• participation in joint corporate projects, general meetings and joint decisions

Requirements to the candidate:

• complete higher education (preferably economic education)
• experience of working as a business analyst of ERP systems, understanding the principles of building a system at the object level and business logic
• experience in automation and understanding of business processes
• knowledge of accounting
• experience in collecting and formalizing requirements for the development of functionality with writing TV or TOR
• practical skills of GAP analysis, requirements and their modeling in the system, setting tasks for developers to finalize missing functionality, further testing and handing over work to business customers according to tasks
• ability to work in a team to achieve general goals and results
• skills in finding and eliminating the causes of incorrect accounting data in the system; orientation to the customer and his needs
• mastery of BPMN business process modeling techniques
• participation in ERP or other accounting systems implementation projects
• experienced user of MSOffice (Excel, Power Point, Word,), working with e-mail (Outlook Express)
