Business analyst of business process improvement management in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Counseling employees on business processes and IT systems
• Development of technical tasks for the improvement of the IT system
• Monitoring of process KPIs, analysis of the causes of violations and development of corrective measures

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (in the field of business analysis, information technology, economics, business or related disciplines)
• Experience in modeling business processes
• Experience in analysis large data sets and problem identification
• Experience in formulating technical tasks to improve IT systems
• Business analysis and preparation of analytical reports (experience will be an advantage)
• Ability to clearly formulate theses and visualize information
• English (Pre-Intermediate — A2/B1). (preferred)
