Business Analyst (Neuron) (ID 393) in HELSI

Helsi is a Ukrainian product IT company on the market since 2016. Helsi's goal is to access health in one interface. 

The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, and medical institutions to automate the work of healthcare facilities and carry out electronic document management. More than 9 million people are users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by about 1,500 health care facilities and over 38,000 doctors across Ukraine.

What is important to us:

• Experience in a similar position of 3 years or more more.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro tools and BPMN notation.
• Experience with web and APP applications.
• Experience with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Readiness to communicate with customers: description of needs, search for solutions, their presentation.
• Availability of cases that you can to tell.
• Multitasking and the ability to solve problematic issues; analytical and curious.
• Ability to work in a team, make decisions and take responsibility for them.

What will need to be done:

• Collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, identifying needs and formation of product requirements.
• Documenting use cases, description of functions and user stories to fill the backlog.
• Participation in team stand-ups.
• Understand Helsi products for comparison with similar products.
• Design, support development and implementation of new functionality.
• Support and development of existing functionality.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in building and maintaining a directory system, especially pharmaceutical and medical directories.
• Experience in the medical, pharmacy or pharmaceutical domain.
• Experience in working/interacting with BI platforms (Power BI, QlikView, QlikSense).
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business.
