The company manages a network of perfume and cosmetic stores under the BROCARD brands.

Business analyst (Miro)

Responsibilities:

• Collection of information, description and modeling of business processes (Miro).
< li>Analysis and formalization of the customer's business requirements.
• Setting technical tasks for the development of reports.
• Standardization and validation of reports.
• Writing technical documentation and instructions for users .
• Performance analysis and preparation of relevant reports.
• Training and consulting for employees on the use of reports (Power BI).
• Performance analysis and development of proposals for optimization of processes in the online store.

Experience and skills:

• Experience in e-commerce for at least 3 years.< /li>
• Experience with Power BI, Excel.
• Skills in collecting, analyzing and formalizing requirements.
• High level of self-organization and structured presentation of data.
• Experience of working with databases, understanding of database structures.
• Skills of presentations and decision reasoning.
• Experience of working with SPM systems.
