We invite to our team a Business analyst in the medical area

Expect:

• Requirements gathering: analysis of the needs of medical staff, management and patients to optimize processes .
• Process modeling: creation business process diagrams (BPMN) to visualize key processes (patient registration, treatment appointment, referral, claims, billing, etc.).
• Documentation: preparation of specifications and technical tasks based on collected requirements.
• li>Interaction with stakeholders: communication with doctors, administration, IT department, project office to clarify requirements and check solutions.
• Analysis data: collection and analysis of medical and financial data to identify problem areas and improve business processes. 
possible risks when implementing new processes.
• Participation in processes related to the assessment of the quality of medical care, certification and training of medical personnel.

Important:

• Experience in business analysis - the ability to collect, analyze and document business requirements. 
• Ability to identify customer needs and formulate a solution concept, describe the process in detail and draw up a technical task with specific requirements for the future product (if necessary).
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques - diagramming processes and data flows, prototyping, development of usage scenarios. 
• Estimation of labor costs and duration of work, development of specifications.
• Ability to develop documentation and use visual tools to present information. 
• Knowledge of the specifics of processes in the field of medicine and understanding of industry standards and regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) will be a great advantage.
