Business analyst (logistics department) in Zhitomirskiy m’yasokombinat, TOV

Experience required:

• Work experience from 2 years;
• Proficiency in programs: Microsoft package Office, ideally work experience with software for BP display (Visio, lucid chart, draw.io, BPMN);
• It is important to have experience in the direction of logistics and at the same time with analytical skills for structural business description -processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Analysis and diagnosis of current business processes of logistics at enterprises of the group of companies;
• Conducting interviews with participants of business processes to collect information about the current state;
• Preparation of analytical reports on key indicators efficiency (KPI) of logistics business processes;
• Display of current business processes in "as is" format;
• Development of proposals for process optimization (identification of "bottlenecks", duplication of functions, inefficient stages in logistics operations);
• Display of optimized of business processes in the "to be" format;
• Conducting regular audits of business processes in the logistics direction;
• Development of recommendations for improving business processes based on the received data and audit results.
