You are our ideal candidate if you know how to: 🔹 Create a product backlog; 🔹 Analyze business processes "as-is" and model "to-be"; 🔹 Develop prototypes of Billing and CRM system interfaces; 🔹 Create technical tasks (FRD), functional specifications (SRS); 🔹 Participate in the development of test cases and their validation; 🔹 Use use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria. What is important to us: ✅ 3 years of experience as a business or system analyst; ✅ Experience with BPMN 2.0 and UML notations; ✅ Ability to collect, systematize and document customer requirements; ✅ Practical experience with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall; ✅ Knowledge of SDLC; ✅ Understanding API (SOAP, JSON); ✅ Experience with MS Visio, Miro, Draw.io or other graphic tools; ✅ Ability to work with Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) artifacts; ✅ Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.
