Requirements: Work experience: At least 2 years as a business analyst in an Agile environment .Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, visualization tools (Figma, MIRO, Balsamiq or others).Business analysis: Deep knowledge of key tasks and business analysis techniques.Technical skills: Basic knowledge of SQL.Business processes: Ability to analyze, model and describe business processes, preferably using BPMN notation. Documentation: Ability to draw up business requirements and technical tasks, user stories, use cases. Languages: Knowledge of English at Intermediate level. Responsibilities: Analysis of business processes: Analysis , modeling and description of existing and new business processes to improve work efficiency. Product development: Determination of product scope, planning, development and support in cooperation with UX/UI specialists, product owners (PO), project managers (PM). Formalization of requirements : Formalization and specification of requirements, writing technical tasks at the level of functional and non-functional requirements. Cooperation with developers: Close cooperation with the development team to ensure the correct implementation of requirements. Management of requirements: Management of technical requirements throughout the entire life cycle of software development. Testing: Conducting testing of implemented tasks to ensure compliance with requirements.
