We are looking for a Business Analyst (junior) to help turn ideas into working solutions and influence product development for millions of users.

Your challenges and opportunities:

• Gather insights from teams (marketing, support, product, UX), customers and analysts to see the big picture
• Transform ideas into clear requirements with context, purpose and success criteria
• Describe functionality so that and developers and designers spoke the same language
• Analyze the market and competitors, offering solutions that will give us an advantage
• Be a key link between business and development, supporting product creation processes
• Work with Jira, Confluence and Figma tools for work organization and visualization

Your strengths:

• You understand the life cycle of tasks (from idea to release)
• You know how an online store works: from filters and cart to sales
• You are oriented in UX and can see the product through the eyes of the user
• You can collect and structure requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experienced in creating documentation and working with Jira, Confluence, Figma
