Responsibilities:
- Analysis of Requirements - Collection, Documentation and Optimization of Business -Processes of the Company;
- Developing Documentation -Creating Technical Tasks, Use Cases, User Stories, BPMN diagrams and preparation of prototypes of user interface and interaction scenarios;
- communication -interaction with customers, development team, approval of requirements;
- Testing - Participation in Functionality Check and Quality Control implementation;
- User training - preparation of instructions andSupport after launching;
- Analysis and improvement - Collection of feedback and updating of documentation.
Our candidate:
- Experience in Business Analysis or Related Fields from 1 Year;
- Higher Education (Economics, Economics, IT, Management) or Business Analysis Courses;
- Ability to Work with BPMN, UML, Visio, Draw.io MySQL, PostgreSQL, JIRA, CONFLUENCE FIGMA or other tools to create prototypes (preferably); l>
- Ability to analytical thinking, attentiveness to details, communication Skills
