Business Analyst (IT / ERP / Product) in Meest

Meest Poshta — a leading Ukrainian postal and logistics operator providing parcel, document and cargo delivery services across Ukraine and abroad, invites a talented and motivated Business Analyst with technical expertise to join its team. 

We are looking for a systematic and proactive Business Analyst who will be a key link between the business and the development team.

In this role, you will work on the development of web and mobile products, internal management systems, as well as integration and automation projects of business processes (in particular, ERP solutions, including Odoo).

Location: Kyiv / Lviv / remote (negotiable)

?Main responsibilities

Collection and analysis of requirements?

• Conducting discovery sessions, interviews and workshops with stakeholders

• Analyzing business needs and transforming them into structured requirements

• Identifying business process optimization areas

Documentation

• Preparation of SRS, BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases

• Description of business logic, acceptance criteria

• Process modeling (BPMN, UML, AS-IS / TO-BE)

• Preparation of specifications for integrations and APIs

Working with a team

• Decomposition of tasks and management backlog

• Collaboration with developers, QA, designers

• Team consultation during sprints

• Participation in testing and UAT

ERP / automation (if experienced)

• Analysis and implementation of solutions based on ERP systems

• Configuration and description of modules (Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.)

• Participation in data migrations and integrations

Product support and development

• Participation in release planning

• Conducting demos and presentations of functionality

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT

• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes

• Experience in business process modeling (BPMN, UML)

• knowledge of REST API, JSON/XML

• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar

• Experience writing technical documentation

• English from B1+

Will be an advantage

• Experience with ERP systems (especially Odoo)

• Understanding of accounting, logistics, manufacturing or CRM

• Figma / prototyping skills

• Basic knowledge of SQL

• Experience with external integrations services

• Experience in logistics or e-commerce
