Requirements:

• Experience of working in IT projects as a business or system manager analytics from 1 year.

• Understanding SDLC and Agile principles.

• Experience in modeling business processes (BPMN 2.0), working with Draw.io, Visio or similar.

• Theoretical training in business process analysis and modeling.

• Experience in training technical and user documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Collection, analysis and documentation of business and project requirements.

• Decomposition of requirements into tasks for the development team.

• Modeling and description of business processes (BPMN 2.0).

• Interaction with customers and the team development.

• Functionality testing, preparation of instructions and user training.

• Participation in business process optimization projects and audits.
