Business Analyst (IT) in E-Tender, TOV

Skills required:
Experience in the position of SA/BA in web projects from 2 years;
Experience in the field of web application development;
Knowledge of flexible software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
Understanding the software development life cycle (SDLC);
Practical experience of requirements collection, formalization, analysis and documentation techniques;
Owning modeling and prototyping tools;
Experience in creating project documentation, writing technical specifications (SRS), BRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Business Rules, functional and non-functional specifications, user interface design modeling;
Practical experience using UML, BPMN;
Skills for working with databases and writing queries;
Experience with REST API (JSON, XML);
You know how to work with visualization tools and make presentations to the team (demo) based on the results of the release;
Experience in maintaining technical and user documentation.

Technical skills:
Basic knowledge of SQL;
SRS, BRD, Use Case, User Stories;
Prototypes, Mock-ups;
BPMN, UML;
REST API (JSON, XML).

Will be a plus:
Swagger experience;
Experience with Postgres;
Experience with Figma or a similar tool.

Project tasks:
Collect and document primary information and design requirements (communication with customers, stakeholders and development team);
Create detailed requirements, namely: API specifications taking into account existing IT technologies, interface requirements, description of system interaction logic taking into account current and required methods, formalization of technical requirements in the form of User Story, Use case;
Analyze the received information, determine the conditions and dependencies of implementation, decompose business requirements to the level of individual tasks for developers;
Create UML diagrams or other schemes needed for development;
Analyze data from the database and logs needed in the process of preparing specifications and confirming development results;
Assist developers and testers in understanding their scope and the problem to be solved or functionality to be built;
Prepare and update technical documentation after implementation in production;
Support the development of solutions at all stages of the SDLC, from the formalization of requirements to testing and transfer to support;
Work with Jira, TimeTracker, yaware.
