Business analyst (IT) in Universal Bank/Universal Bank

Our IT Systems Development and Integration Office is expanding and we are looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen the team and help ensure effective communication between business units and IT.

We need your expertise to:

• gather, document and refine business requirements;
• development of functional specifications, user stories, use cases;
• modeling of business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE);
• communication with business units, IT and QA;
• support of the development team in understanding requirements;
• participation in solution testing (UAT).

You are our candidate if you have:

• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst in IT;
• practical experience of working with business stakeholders;
• good understanding of banking specifics (products, processes, operations);
• basic understanding of IT architecture and API;
