Business Analyst (IT) in E-Tender, TOV

E-Tender is a Ukrainian IT company that develops an innovative platform for automating purchases and sales in the public and commercial sectors. We help businesses work transparently, efficiently and at scale. Our clients are large national brands and market leaders - through E-Tender "WOG" and "Auchan" sell products to the state, "Chumak" and "Silpo" makes purchases, and "Lifecell" rents commercial real estate.

We invite a Business analyst to join our team.

Required skills:

• Experience in the position of Business Analyst (IT) from 2 years;
• Understanding of high-level architecture of software products and integrations through API, sufficient to collect, analyze and formalize requirements;
• Ability to effectively implement elicitation of requirements with the involvement of relevant stakeholders, choosing appropriate methods depending on the context and level of uncertainty;
• Practical experience in the formation of user stories and use cases (User Stories / Use Cases), their clarification, prioritization and support in the backlog;
• Experience in working with the basic UML set, business process modeling using BPMN, and also creation of basic wireframes to clarify and validate requirements;
• Proactive approach to analysis and improvement of existing business analysis processes taking into account business and team needs;
• Mastery of basic business analysis methods;
• Understanding of complex regulated business processes and scenarios;
• Attention to legal, reputational and process issues risks;
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and their impact on product requirements (page structure, metadata, indexing, performance).

Main duties:

• Collection, structuring and validation of business requirements;
• Process modeling using BPMN and other visual tools;
• Creating user stories, use cases and basic wireframes;
• Supporting backlog management and task prioritization;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and regulatory requirements requirements;
• Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes;
• Maintaining regular communication with representatives of the Prozorro ecosystem.
