Responsibilities:Analyzing and gathering requirements from key stakeholders (internal and external), documenting and supporting these requirements during the software development life cycle Preparation of artifacts such as SRS, FRS, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, project vision and scope, guidelines user, release notes and other necessary documentation Supporting the development team in clarifying requirements Creating detailed diagrams and diagrams using BPMN/UML notations Providing assessments and planning sessions, other actions as needed (retrospectives, stand-ups, etc.) Close cooperation with UX specialists /UI, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Technical Writers on product scope, planning, development, and support Research external/internal system integration points and help development teams integrate them Participate in user testing Identify, report, and manage project risks and issues Contribute to continuous improvement Requirements: Deep knowledge of theory business analysis Professional level of requirements definition and excellent analysis skillsKnowledge of the software development life cycle and the basics of software development methodologiesAbility to design processes and workflows using modeling methods at an advanced levelAbility to create detailed layouts using modeling tools (Draw.io, Balsamiq, Figma, Axur etc.) Excellent written and communication skills Close attention to detail Strong analytical skills Ability to work both in a team and independently English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level and above What do we offer?
