Important:

• Higher technical education.
• Work experience of 3 years as an IT analyst or project manager.
• Experience in HR business automation processes.
• Knowledge of the specifics of processes in the HR industry.
• General knowledge of SDLC, system building principles and project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile), business process design.
• Skills for conducting workshops and presentations for management.
• Ability to analyze business needs and generate solutions.
• Able to clearly formulate theses, draw clear conclusions.

• Analysis of customer needs, identification of problems and potential for optimization, invention and implementation of system solutions;
