The business analyst carries out analytical processes regarding the possibility of implementing various IT solutions in order to increase the efficiency of specific processes or to implement automation.
Requirements:
- Full higher technical/economic education
- Experience as an accountant, economist or business analyst of 2 years or more, preferably in ERP/automation implementation projects based on 1C.
- Desirable knowledge of the subject area in the areas of personnel accounting, payroll. The future area of responsibility - implementation and support of personnel accounting and payroll solutions of non-resident countries (Poland, Turkey)
- Knowledge of personnel accounting and payroll legislation.
- Experience in business development will be an advantage - requirements for automation of business processes
- English language at a level not lower than Intermediate - spoken and written.
- Experience in implementation projects will be an advantage ERP
Responsibilities:
- Conducting survey, identification and analysis of requirements for ERP, coordinating them with stakeholders.
- Analysis, description of business processes to be automated.
- Compilation of a description of business requirements for ERP.
- Development of technical tasks for development , decomposition of functional requirements to User Stories.
- Development and formalization of proposals for improving business processes.
- Development of organizational and functional models in ERP.
- Participation in the implementation of functional ERP modules, including the formation of tasks and design of the scope of work.
- Preparation of test cases and testing of implemented settings/developments.
- Definition and organization of measures to launch ERP into productive operation.
- Participation in processes of support and development of ERP systems, including the development of business requirements, rules and mechanisms of integration.
- Conducting user training, development of training materials and standards.
