Business Analyst (Healthcare) in Health 24

We are a Ukrainian high-tech IT company that, since 2015, has been developing and constantly improving the cloud-based medical information system (MIS) Health24 for doctors and patients. The Health24 team is one of the prominent and innovative ones in the Health Tech market.

Due to active growth, we are expanding the team and inviting a Business Analyst to join us. If you are close to transparency, technology and the desire to influence the development of modern medical services, we will be glad to meet you.

Necessary skills:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years
• Build effective communication with the team/interested persons from the customer side
• Formulate and describe requirements: user story, BPMN diagrams
• Ability to work in a Scrum/Agile team
• Process large volumes of information in a short period of time
• Successful experience in data structuring
• Understanding the product development cycle
• Focus on solving problems

• Experience in medical information systems and with EHS
• Have analytical thinking
• Easy to understand an unknown area
• Able to analyze the current situation, compared to the past

• Clearly and clearly express your thoughts

Basic responsibilities:

• Close cooperation with interested persons from the customer’s side
• Collection of wishes and requirements for the product
• Analysis of the customer’s business needs
• Search for the most effective solutions (independently or with the help of a team to formulate the concept of the solution)
• Estimation of labor costs and duration of work
• Compose User Stories (design and decompose tasks into Jira). of the product, discuss controversial points with the customer
• Create an initial low fidelity wireframe (UX — prototypes of the user interface)
• Work on interface design together with a UX/UI specialist
• Create business process diagrams (BPMN diagrams)
• Create User flow diagrams, record tasks in Jira, TimeTracker
• Conduct a demo with the team.
