Business analyst for work with micro and small businesses of the Republic of Poland in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Business analyst for work with micro and small businesses of the Republic of Poland who wants to work in dynamic environment and shares the values ​​of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

We are looking for a goal-oriented professional who can multitask, with excellent communication skills, and is focused on quality and results. 

Main requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in the specialty " Accounting and auditing", "Enterprise economics", "Finance", "Banking" or similar
• 1+ years of work experience in a bank in the position of business analyst / credit analyst / risk manager / credit manager, or in an auditing or leasing company
• 1+ years of practical experience in implementing projects in the role of a business analyst
• Experience in conducting financial analysis of an enterprise, its client financial reporting
• Deep practical knowledge business analysis, constant updating of knowledge and training in the direction of business analysis
• Perfect knowledge of business lending products and services, the process of lending to business clients
• In-depth knowledge of the list of documents of legal entities and /or FOP, their structure and form, correctness of filling
• Knowledge of the legislation that regulates banking activity, namely: Regulation on the determination by banks of Ukraine of the amount of credit risk for active banking operations (351 Resolution), Instruction on the procedure of regulation activities of banks in Ukraine (368 Decree), About banks and banking
• Knowledge of enterprise accounting, principles of drawing up consolidated statements (will be an advantage)
• Analytical mindset
• Emotional balance and resistance to stressful situations
• Team player
• Advanced MS Office user
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (incl. business)
