QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Necessary: Higher education - technical, mathematical; Work experience as a business analyst - from 3 years (preferably on projects to implement information systems for the bank); Knowledge of the subject area - in the field of banking technologies, processes and products (front-office, back-office, processing of transactions with payment cards, understanding of risk management in banking, understanding of information security in the bank, knowledge of the main legal acts regulating banking activity); Knowledge and practical experience of applying BPMN standards; Possessing skills in applying business analysis methods and techniques; Skills in managing requirements for change (identification of the source, detection, classification, analysis, specification and verification); Knowledge of the stages of software development, the basics of project management, process management standards and requirements analysis; The ability to work with a large volume of different types of information, analyze dynamically changing situations and make optimal decisions, quickly switch between tasks performed in parallel; Knowledge of the basics of business correspondence and business communication; Confident communication skills. Desirable: Experience of working with the SDLC methodology SCRUM; Skills in reading information system design notations (UML, DFD); Personal qualities: quick adaptation in new conditions, proactivity, desire and ability. Your ROLE: Identifying business needs within the framework of a change request, determining the purpose and stakeholders of the request. Determination of existing regulatory and other limitations of the stated need; Performing a preliminary analysis of the change request and estimating the labor costs for the preparation of formalized requirements for the change; Collecting the requirements of interested parties, performing a preliminary analysis of the requirements, checking the compliance of the stated requirements with the goals of the change request and the identified limitations; Performing works on the formalization of functional and non-functional requirements for change in accordance with the readiness criteria agreed with the internal user of the result; Participation in the determination the structure and interrelationship of work on the preparation of the task statement, the development of the requested functionality and the implementation of the necessary settings at the level of information systems; Coordination of requirements with all interested parties; Participation in meetings, working groups; Providing testing support according to the requirements for a change in the role of an expert.
