Business Analyst (Finance, BAS) in NVP ENAMIN, TOV

ENAMINE is a research company, which today is one of the largest companies in Ukraine, which at the global level is engaged in research in the field of fine organic synthesis and the development of preparative methods for the synthesis of organic compounds. These studies are promising for pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

Due to team expansion, we are looking for Business Analyst (Finance, BAS).

Main duties:

• Participation in the project of migration of accounting processes from BAS UTP to BAS KUP as a chief analyst
• Management of requirements for products and expectations of stakeholders persons
• Creating specifications for integration solutions between systems
• Active interaction with key users in the Accounting and Finance departments to clarify and formalize requirements for accounting systems and the corporate ERP system and their further implementation by development teams
• Providing advice to users on the basis of a regulated accounting methodology in BAS
• Analysis of accounting and development of methodological recommendations for optimization of its methods
• Development of instructions for working with the program
• Active participation in resolving incidents, their further analysis and reporting

Expectations from candidates:

• Deep understanding of the principles of accounting and management accounting at a manufacturing enterprise
• Experience as a business analyst and participation in the construction of accounting processes based on BAS - from 4 years, BAS KUP - from 2 years.
• Experience in the implementation of regulated accounting systems at large enterprises (1000+ employees)
• Experience in consulting user support, creating instructions in the context of business processes and making adjustments to the database necessary to ensure accounting (for example, accounting policy, calculation types, etc.)
• Understanding the processes of collection, formalization and verification requirements
• Knowledge of legislation on personal data protection
• High analytical and communication skills, ability to self-organize
• Availability of higher education (economic or technical)
• Experience of working with 1C/BAS Management of a trading enterprise for Ukraine
• Knowledge of software development management methodology: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall
• Knowledge of UML and other notations for building diagrams of business processes and data flows
• Experience with other accounting systems (not BAS or 1C)
• Experience with Jira
