Business analyst (ERP; Transport) in Ukrposhta

"Ukrposhta" is a national postal operator, a reliable and responsible employer.

Right now we are looking forBusiness analytics(ERP IT-Enterprise, "Transport" module)

Main duties:

• Formalization and description of business requirements for software
• Participation in implementation
• Description and modeling of business processes
• Formation of technical tasks regarding improvements for the vendor or its teams development
• If necessary - communication with the vendor
• Testing, coordination of the implementation of functionality
• Writing technical documentation, if necessary - participation in the preparation of user training

  The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

  • Higher education (economics, management, IT preferred)
  • Experience in business analytics from 2-3 years
  • Experience in development, refinement or implementation in the role of a business analyst or implementation consultant - a must
  • Experience describing business models and business process maps
  • Understanding the basics of the software development cycle (SDLC), the basics of project management (Project Management), principles and approaches of flexible methodology (Agile)
  • Experience with Redmine or similar applications for project management and tasks
  • Knowledge of BPMN or UML notations
  • Basic knowledge of SQL - desirable
  • Experience in building integrations - an advantage
  • Experience in writing instructions / manuals for users
  • High level of communication skills in all forms of communication, including presentation, consultation and negotiation, team player, organization and personal responsibility, politeness
