Responsibilities:

• Participation in development of standards and methods of the sales function within the framework of interaction with the company's ERP system
• Administration, control of the filling of directories in the ERP, finalization/development of new directories
• Processing of user requests, processing of requirements and preparation for approval of decisions regarding the operation of the ERP system
• Designing of cases for finalizing the functionality of the ERP system, control of deadlines, testing and confirmation implementation
• Organization of preparation processes and approval of technical tasks for automation of business processes, control of implementation, testing, responsibility for implementation
• Preparation of instructions, consulting and training for employees of the Commercial Department regarding work in ERP
• Participation in the administration of contractual work of the Commercial Department with subcontractors
