Main duties:
Analysis and formalization of accounting and tax accounting processes (AS-IS/TO-BE), agreement with process owners and key by users.
Collection of user needs and preparation of requirements for automation
Participation in setting up IT-Enterprise modules together with developers, clarifying the business logic of documents, parameters, rules for displaying operations in accounting.
Preparation and testing: test scenarios, test cases, fixing defects, control of elimination, repeated checks.
Participation in data migration: mapping of references/residues, data quality control, reconciliations and validation of transfer results (including reporting).
Maintenance of a register of requirements, changes, defects and control of the relevance of agreed solutions.
Preparation of instructions, methodological materials and work procedures in ERP
Requirements:
Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting: stocks, settlements with counterparties, reporting, financial and tax accounting, reporting, month/year closing.
Understanding accounting standards and their impact on reporting and accounting settings in the system.
Experience in describing business processes, preparing regulations and methodological materials.
Analytical skills: working with data, reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, preparing analytical materials.
Experience in working with accounting systems (BAS or similar).
Experience in modeling processes is welcome in BPMN.
Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 09.00-18.00, office
