- Experience in flexible methodologies (understanding of principles and features of software development methodologies). span>
- Implementation of process automation projects involving the contractor.
- Ability to work with preparation and verification of business requirements.
- Knowledge of Scram, Kanban, Waterfall methodologies and frameworks, ability to organize, manage and moderate processes in within the framework of these methodologies.
- Understanding the software development cycle from scratch/finishing ready-made solutions.< /span>
- Understanding the general architecture of IT systems.
- Understanding the principles of integration and data exchange between various information systems and applications.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence. li>
Responsibilities: span>
- Collection of functional and non-functional requirements from the company's internal stakeholders;
- Managing the full development cycle using agile/hybrid approaches;
- Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of implemented solutions; li>
- Interaction with other departments of the company to ensure integration of solutions with third-party systems;
- Preparation of documentation and training of system users; li>
- Support and solving problems related to the use of the system;
- Testing the updated functionality and creating instructions for users;
- Working with requirements: identify, collect, structure and analyze.
- Compilation of technical tasks and description of processes, analysis of possible scenarios for their implementation.
- Coordination of business processes, technical tasks with members of working groups and customers.
- Interaction with all participants of the production process for the development and implementation of software and the organization of their joint work .
- Choose the most effective project management models, develop interaction schemes between project participants.
- Control the volume and timeliness of tasks performed, assess possible deviations from the plan, take corrective actions.
- Handover of implemented projects to the customer/informing customers about releases.
- Preparation of reports on time spent/work completed.
