Business Analyst (English) in BPO Nextdoor, Inc.

We are BPO Nextdoor We provide service services for business in the Western Europe and US. One of our partners is an American company that provides analytical and consulting energy services. We are looking for a person's team for Business Analyst, which will be responsible for monitoring the team loading, distribution of tasks and working with metadata. 

What awaits you in this position? 

• Evaluation of work volume and distribution of tasks between the relevant teams; 
• Creating JiRA ranks and agreeing on the timing of tasks with the client; 
• close interaction with the product team representatives; 
• Monitoring the work of teams in accordance with the established deadlines; 
• Setting up metadata in the customer database according to their standards; 
• Testing the quality of the customer's platform after entering data (in quality control environment and in the production environment); 
• Remote work; 
• Work Week Monday to Friday (10: 00-19: 00, with the ability to start later). 

What do we expect from you? 

• high level of English (from B2); 
• Business Analysis Experience for at least 1 year; 
• The experience of working with metadata, SQL Server and Jira is desirable; 
• care for details; 
• ability to work with deadlines; 
• Willingness and desire to learn.
