Looking for business analytics in the direction of EDO, which will help improve our processes, analyze requirements and implement effective solutions.

       What to do:

• Optimization and automation of the Company's business processes related to electronic document flow.
• Audit and reengineering of business processes;
• Participation in the construction of cross-functional processes;
• Analysis and formalization of the Customer's business requirements;
• Decisionpreparation of technical tasks for software development;
• Interaction with development teams at the stages of implementation and testing; 
• Implementation / commissioning of new software and technological solutions;
• Writing instructions for users and their training;
• Participation in internal and external integration projects;

• Efficiency analysis, including economic implemented solutions.
  
  What is required for this:
  
  
• Experience of working with national EDI providers (Vchasno, EDIN, Comarch), knowledge of their products ;
• Experience of implementing EDO projects and their integration solutions;
• Experience of working in international companies or retail companies;•
• Understanding warehouse processes and transport logistics;
• Knowledge of accounting, tax accounting and primary documentation;•
• Skills in collecting and analyzing requirements, their decomposition, and identifying needs;
• Experience in interviews, and interactions with stakeholders;•
• Skills in describing and setting tasks, knowledge of description methods and formats;•
• Knowledge of describing business processes, techniques/notations;
• Experience in conducting demonstrations and training;
• Skills in working with specialized software (Jira, Confluence, 1C, MS Office, Draw.io or similar)
• Basic technical knowledge (JSON, XML, SQL, etc.);
• Knowledge of project management methodologies;• Good communication skills;
