We are currently looking for a Business Analyst

Who are we looking for?Business Analyst with experience as a Project Program Manager

Main features:

• Participation in projects and product development from the point of view of Business/system analysis
• Collection, identification and analysis of requirements
• Reengineering of business processes
for the Project Program
• Communication with the business architect regarding the implementation of requirements
• Participation in the development of processes, procedures and requirements for integration with external systems (IPSP, SAP, external registers, external authorization services, etc. )
• Creation of general application requirements specifications such as FRD, User Story, Use Cases, flowcharts, business processes, data flows, ERD
• Tight cooperation with the product manager, the program manager, the portfolio manager, regarding the priorities of the implementation of the requirements of the Program projects and their implementation
• Development of processes, procedures and requirements for integration with external systems (IPSP, SAP, external registers, external authorization services, etc. )
• Development of the general functionality of the project program using the Low Code capabilities of Creatio FreedomUI, namely:
  · card development
  · development sections 
  · development of details 
  · setting business rules 
  · setting business processes 
  · working with packages 
  · setting access rights 
  · creating, installing applications < br/>· working with system configuration
  · setting up functional and   
    organizational roles
  · setting up integrations through web services
  · developing the setting up of printed forms and
  email notifications

OUR Portrait:

• 3-5 years of experience in the role of a business functional/systems analyst incompany, fintech company, bank or other. 
• Experience in high-level analysis of requirements for the development of new products
• Understanding of business and system analysis concepts, tools, models, methodologies
• Experience in requirements discovery, analysis, reengineering processes, documentation and support
• Ability to work on a project program
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Experience of working in SCRUM team

• Understand the principles of REST, SOAP

• Be able to read and write API development requirements

• Be able to work with Postman, SoapUI web services debugging testing tools and so on

• Be able to develop product functionality using Low Code Creatio (mandatory knowledge FreedomUI)
