Your main tasks will be: analysis and selection of pre-program product requirements; analysis of existing business processes and modeling of future processes ("tobe"); preparation of a description of the requirements for changing the existing configuration of systems for the purpose of automating business processes (development of technical specifications); development of systems integration processes and procedures, and implementation of data conversion into the system; development of test cases and testing; formation and updating of user instructions, training of end users and implementation of support; preparation of proposals for the development of implemented solutions. We expect from you: higher education; work experience as a business analyst (or support and development specialist) in projects for the implementation of automated enterprise management systems (ERP, CRM, EPM); basic knowledge in the field of project management and experience with Jira will be an advantage; knowledge of the relevant functional area at the level of an expert — electronic document flow (unstructured documents, EDI, E-TTN, document approval workflow); experience in the design and implementation of legally significant document flow: KEP (cloud, tokens, file), crypto library, network crypto module (Gryada), interaction with digital service providers, organization of electronic document archive; knowledge of the English language is not lower than Pre-Intermediate; analytical thinking; high level of communication skills (both speaker and listener); ordered documents, as well as an existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (not expired) and others.
