Business analyst (CRM Creatio) in CRM Genesis

We currently have an open position for a Business analyst who will help our customers achieve results - on time, with quality and with drive

What we will entrust to you:

• analysis of the customer's business processes, identification of problem areas and formation of recommendations for their optimization;
• research and data management: understanding of flows between systems, assessment of integrity, completeness and logic of data;
• configuration of the system accordingly to customer requirements and sprint goals, participation in testing of new functionality;
• preparation of technical documentation, reports and proposals for improving processes, requirements or solutions;
• presentation of analysis results and proposed solutions to customers, participation in demo sessions;
• planning and assessment of own tasks, forecasting the scope of work and compliance with agreed deadlines.

• you can analyze business processes, identify weak points and offer effective solutions;
• you understand the principles of data and flows between systems and can explain them simply and clearly;
• responsibility for setting up the system, the quality of requirements and the final result;
• you can organize information in a structured way: requirements, specifications, technical tasks, reports;
• you can confidently present solutions to the client, argue your position and keep focus on business goals;
• you can evaluate your own tasks, plan time and bring work to completion;
• ready to work in a team, interact with PM and developers, ask questions and suggest improvements;
• think systematically, notice details and find logic even in complex or unclear processes
