Business analyst (CRM) in Vydatni

Our customer Company Softorg is a leading distributor of professional sewing equipment since 1999. – a modern, ambitious and stable company, where the success of the company depends on open and friendly professionals.

In  Softorg pay great attention to the systematization and automation of processes and therefore are looking for an IT analyst to join their team, whose main task will be to create and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, which will allow for effective growth and scale up! 

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the implementation of CRM/ERP systems as a system or business analyst for at least one year;
• Analytical mindset, ability to collect business -requirements, to conduct their analysis and transform into requirements for IT systems;
• Broad IT worldview, understanding of categories of IT systems for business, principles of distribution of functions between them;
• Understanding of approaches to integration of systems among themselves;< /li>
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to work with users at different levels of the organization, convey the complex in simple language;
• Curiosity and thirst for learning and development;
• Technical IT background will be a plus.

Job duties:

• The main purpose of the position is to manage IT implementation projects - system companies;
• Constant analysis of current business processes and search for optimization areas together with stakeholders using IT solutions;
• Determining which IT system needs to be optimized/implemented , configure to close various business tasks;
• Initiation of IT systems implementation projects (search for contractors and systems with subsequent management);
• Independent system configuration according to using No-Code tools (if they are present in the system);
• Administration of IT systems:
  • Management of users and access rights;
  • Preparation and maintenance of work instructions in the system;
  • User support, answers to questions;
  • Interaction with vendors and contractors in case of technical problems;
