Requirements for the candidate:

• higher technical education;
• CRM experience - preferably with the Creatio system as a CRM manager, CRM analyst, support department, Creatio system administration.

Main functional responsibilities:

• perform collection and documentation of process automation requirements;
• perform modeling and development of business processes, cases, creating a section with the help of low code tools;
• negotiate requirements and proposed concepts with the initiator;
• prepare analytical data at the request of the business ;
• interact with analysts, contractors and related departments at the levels of concept creation, technical task and acceptance of the developed functionality;
• provide verification of the developed functionality for compliance with requirements;
• conduct training of end users, create documentation for end users;
• participate in the planning and control of the implementation of the company's information systems development projects;
• interact with the developers of information systems on setting tasks, communicating with users, gathering information during task preparation, task implementation.
