Join our vibrant international team of 500 people across 15 different cities worldwide.We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a solid background in E-commerce and a minimum of three years in the role. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, expertise in Business Analysis techniques such as User Stories and Process Mapping, and programming knowledge in PHP and React JS.Core Banking is the heart of Paysera, serving as a backbone of various services such as money transfers, currency exchange, purchasing precious metals, making payments and more. As the line-up of Paysera products and services constantly grows, we are looking for a highly skilled Business and System Analyst with a solid technical background to join our Core Banking team.What we’re looking for:Experience as a Business Analyst for 3+ years;Experience as a System Analyst for 2+ years;Outstanding communication skills;Excellent stakeholder management skills;Excellent requirements elicitation and management skills;Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information from multiple sources;Experience in product backlog management, functional decomposition, and task prioritisation;Solid technical skills:Understanding of the SDLC;General knowledge of software architecture;Data interchange formats: XML, JSON;Modelling skills: BPMN; UML (at least): Use case, State machine, Activity, Sequence; ERD;Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving;Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Google Docs;English level: B2+.Your key responsibilities:Driving and managing stakeholder engagement;Elicitation and refinement of business requirements based on stakeholders’ input and document analysis;Decomposition of functional initiatives to a manageable level of backlog items;Analysis of risks and root causes of errors in system development;Performing appropriate gap analysis;Create and maintain the systems’ functional documentation;Contribution to backlog management ;Codebase analysis to assess the complexity of development and system dependencies;Collaboration with other teams and technical specialists to ensure successful product delivery;Contribution to the company’s Business and System Analysis capabilities.What we offer:Work-life Balance: strive for balance with flexible working hours and full remote work possibilities;Competitive Pay: receive an attractive compensation that reflects market trends;Innovation and Development: participate in skill-building workshops and have freedom to experiment with various AI tools;Growth-focused Culture: thrive within a highly professional, quality-oriented, and dynamic team and pursue your potential and innovative ideas in a fast-growing, international company;
